Guest：The hotel is in bad shape. Our bathroom did not have a shower head, tiles are cracked and broken. Rooms are small and uncomfortable, old mattresses. Just not nice. Most rooms don’t have a window to the outside, only to the hallway. It’s noisy all hours of the night. Breakfast is filling, but not very good. Quite expensive for such a poor quality hotel. I don’t recommend staying here.: 2024-01-01

Guest：I was in Cartagena to enjoy the city. The hotel was perfect for my solo travel. Don’t expect a top notch room: it had a bed, small table and bathroom. For the price though, it was more than worth it. The surrounding neighborhood was extremely walkable and enjoyable. The Walled City was about three miles away. I’d definitely stay here again.: 2025-03-01
