Guest：Poor hotel. Asphyxiated room, with only two small windows on the same wall at the back of the room. The staff was surprised by our complaints about the absence of a safe (we explicitly booked the room with a safe). Finally they "satisfied" us and provided one by placing it on the shelf. Had to ask for towels three times, requests ignored until finally went to reception to pick it up direct. The water from the shower was only cold. The pool is nothing more than a murky puddle. The breakfast is not to the taste of the customer, but a meager plate with few things. Great location and good wifi.

Guest：Localiza??o excelente. Atendimento mediano. Internet fenomenal. Café da manh? mega simples e n?o estava gostoso. Cama e travesseiros excelentes. Chuveiro? Nossa, indescrtitível o quanto é ruim! No final das contas n?o me agradou. Jamais consideraria como um "hotel boutique".

Guest：Un hotel muy lindo. Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones y ba?os limpios. En cuanto al desayuno, no te dan opciones para elegir, es un desayuno estándar. El personal no fue muy amable ni colaborativo.
