Guest：Thought it was good value for the money. Breakfast was nice also.

Guest：The location is good - close to shops and restaurants in Summertown. Check in was easy with clear instructions for key pick up. The sheets, towels and main areas in the room were clean but other areas were dirty or in need of attention (e.g. the doors to the room and ensuite were dirty and marked, the wallpaper was peeling, there were stains on the stool by the dressing table and on the base of the bed, and the runner for the shower doors needed to be cleaned). It was quite warm during my stay so the fan provided was appreciated. The shower pressure was good with plenty of hot water. Adding a hook in the bathroom would be helpful as there was nowhere to hang towels.

Guest：Not like photos I was disappointed with the condition, comfort and cleanliness of my room. I complained so got moved to a slightly nicer room with a much better bed. I was grateful the owner accommodated me. However I won’t stay there
