Guest：Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice, well-kept, and clean facilities. I enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling with a friend so one reason I picked this place was the option of twin beds - which were actually full size which was a nice surprise. Very comfortable. Owner is lovely and accommodating. Staff are not on site all day, FYI. They do have an elevator, which is very helpful for the luggage - but they’re only one floor up. Close to restaurants and the water - which was nice. Not super close to a subway stop, but also the Subway system in Naples is that great. Would return! A little pricey but I think Naples is pricey in general, I was getting similar prices as I searched.
Guest：great location in Santa Lucia, room was comfortable , the AC was cool and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice with lovely service, I’m gluten free and they got pastries in for me especially. Would stay again if visiting Naples.
Guest：Excellent! Nice location and excellent bed and breakfast. Remember, it is a B&B, not an hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Room and services are one of the best of my life. AC is excellent even in hot summer, we slept in perfect clima. Nice restaurants around the corner.
Guest：Pros: - The location is great- we walked all over Naples from this base. - The rooms are spacious and clean with good number of power points for charging your devices. - The location is a quiet street so the area was peaceful. - Special mention for the lady who does the breakfast- she was so lovely and friendly, she remembered my coffee order and even offered to pack us breakfast-to-go on our last morning! Cons: - The only downside is that from our room we experienced quite a loud mechanical noise (possibly it was the air conditioning) which went on all night at 20 minute intervals and made it a little difficult to sleep at times. Overall I would stay there again but possibly request a different room.
