Guest：Overall a solidly good hotel. Great central location, modern reception and rooms that are really spacious with blackout curtains to have darkness at night. Reception staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast is available from next door but if you have a smaller appetite just order from the menu there directly rather than buying the ‘package’ breakfast from reception. Only downside is the beds (we had a twin room) where very much on the narrow side and we didn’t sleep that well but would certainly recommend overall

Guest：Reception staff were lovely, nothing was too much for them and always a smile and hello. The room was a good size but a bit more on the basic side with general wear and tear. Roof terrace and coffee room are a nice area to relax. Nice area, not far from the train centre and city centre. Biggest negative was the noise from the side road , didn’t get much sleep for the two nights I stayed with cars screeching, loud music and people screaming (not the hotels fault but the windows must be thin!)

Guest：Hotel was fantastic. Great location and the staff really friendly. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Close to good shopping, restaurants and public transport. Would definitely recommend!
