Guest：Stayed one night. Super clean apartment in beautiful area of Nice. Lots of lovely old building around and the beach is very close. Lots of shops and restaurants, too. Apartment is very modern but in a converted old building and has all the basics you need. Small room second bedroom with bunk beds for kids is very useful. Bathroom with shampoo and hairdryer etc. Kitchen equipped with the basics. The only thing negative, would be that the apartment is not very noise proof as it's in an old building. We heard noise from neighbours and people on the corridor, but not very frequently. It's mostly quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved Nice and this is a perfect location.
Guest：Je descend toujours dans cet H?tel fa?on Airbnb quand je viens à Nice , J'y ai loué récemment un studio, charmant ,bien décoré, avec une très grande télé et une kitchenette avec tout ce qui faut pour cuisiner ... L'emplacement était très pratique à 5 mn de la mer (de la promenade des anglais) et au départ de la rue piétonne qui traverse le quartier animé de Nice ,on peut aussi aller facilement au Cours Saleya ( endroit sympa pour ceux qui connaissent )en longeant le bord de mer par la Promenade des Anglais .. Le studio était très propre et la rue avec les voies cyclable très silencieuse .. Je continue à y retourner après d'autres expériences dans d'autres endroits où j'étais toujours moins satisfait .. Je conseille aussi particulièrement un petit saut en Italie à 40 mn de voiture si vous en avez une ... j'en profite pour faire part d'une découverte , un bon resto , "Le Bistrot du Port , ...
