Solterra Dream Hideaway is the perfect choice for a luxury home close to Disney. Located in the stunning community of Solterra. This brand new property was completed in Nov 21.

A 6 bed 4.5 bathroom home offers quality interior design and furnishings with a beautiful south facing pool and spa for all day sunshine. The home has been designed with guests in mind.

Downstairs: You will enter into a beautiful open plan hallway that leads to the modern kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. There is a large refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker and filtered water. Gas stove with large oven, a microwave, dishwasher and a waste disposal unit. Pantry area to store your food. Dining area has a table to seat 8 guests. Master Suite 1 is on the ground floorwhich features a king bed with wall mounted TV and generous storage close.
This room has access to the pool area. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and tub, double sinks and toilet.
Half bath located on ground floornext to the laundry room which contains a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and mop bucket and towels. This leads to the private games room which features a pool table,dart board, air hockey and foosball table

We have a stroller and crib for our smaller guests.

The beautiful South West facing pool and spa is fully screened to keep the bugs out and guarantees sun all day. Florida glass has been installed on the lower panels of the screen for added privacy.

Pool heat is an optional extra and is needed for spa to heat.

Upstairs: The second master suite is on the 2nd floor. A large room with a King bed and ample storage. Original art and accented wall. Ensuite with tub, shower and double sinks.

An originally themed Star Wars bedroom. Twin over full bunk beds. Wall mounted TV. Bedroom 4 - King bed with wall mounted TV. Shares a bathroom with the Star Wars room.

Bedroom 5 - 2 single beds in this beautifully themed Mickey & Minnie bedroom. Wall mounted TV included.

Bedroom 6 - King bed with wall mounted TV. Shares bathroom with Mickey/Minnie room.

Large loft area has a large sectional sofa and a 70" wall mounted TV.

This home is located within close proximity to I-4 giving easy access to all attractions. Disney is 13 miles away and Universal Studios is approx 35 minute drive from your door.

The property has external security cameras and a google nest doorbell. The cameras are used to monitor the outside of the property. They cover the front door and driveway and the pool and AC equipment.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly..

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
