You plan on going to the parks? This is the perfect place. You plan on staying at the villa and enjoy your well-deserved rest? You won't get bored: The villa has a private pool and a spa, and a game room. Last but not least, the kitchen is well-equipped and will help you build a lot of memories with your family and friends.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions.
