We maintain a quiet environment with noise sensors (no audio recorded) and exterior security cameras for your safety. Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and body wash are provided; please bring extra if you have a longer stay. Guests must agree to our house rules: no smoking, no parties/events, and no unapproved pets.
1. Our home is strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside. Indoor smoking will incur a remediation fee of at least $1,000.
2. Parties or events are not allowed unless approved by us in advance. Unauthorized events will lead to an additional charge of $1,000 due to potential fines and associated costs we may incur.
3. Pets are not permitted on the property. While service animals are allowed, please note that emotional support animals do not fall under this category. Keeping an unapproved pet at the property will result in a $500 fee to help cover the cost of deep cleaning to remove all traces of pet dander for our future guests.
4. All guests must be registered for safety and accommodation purposes. Unregistered overnight guests will lead to a $50 fee per guest, per night.
5. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 fee. Over 90 minutes late will result in the larger of a $250 fee or another night's charge, without the privilege of staying an additional night. This covers inconvenience to cleaners and potential issues with subsequent guests.
6. To ensure the safety of our cleaners, unauthorized early check-ins are not allowed. Arriving before the scheduled time without prior approval will result in a $50 fee to compensate our cleaners. If cleaning finishes early, however, we will let you know for a fee-free early check-in.
7. Your privacy is important. We may have exterior security and garage cameras for security purposes; however, no cameras are inside or pointed toward living areas. Any noise sensors detect volume only and don't record conversations. While smart devices may be present, you're free to disconnect them. Contact us with any concerns.
8. We do not expect our guests to clean prior to departure. (After all, you're our guest and already paid a cleaning fee.) However, homes left excessively dirty or in an unreasonable state of disarray—think pizzas stuck to the ceiling, dog droppings covering the floor, spoiled milk spilled under the bed, etc.—will incur an additional cleaning fee to compensate our cleaners.
