Guest：I was referred here last year when the place across the street closed for upgrades. I was not disappointed. I returned in August and September this year for two separate visits. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff comes from all over Europe and Africa - was a super nice, friendly group of people. I speak German, but overheard staff members speaking English to several different American guests over the visits. English speaking guests should have no trouble communicating. Reception is not manned 24 hours a day, but the key cards open the exterior doors. Some of the staff lives in the building next door, so they could respond if needed. The light switches in the room and the bathroom are a little counter intuitive. There are buttons for on and buttons for off. You'll figure it out! Great a/c in a country where a/c is often lacking. I met the owner one day. He described the process they went through to gut a former bank building and construct an entire new interior. The rooms are well ventilated, well insulated, and spacious. One small shortcoming is a shortage of electrical outlets. I always travel with an extension cord for just this reason. I can plug CPAP and phone charger into a single outlet. (An American extension cord, by the way. I only need one plug adapter and can then plug in multiple American devices. Watch the voltage!) The hotel is across from a decent shopping center. The U Bahn (Streetcar) is just a few minutes away. The Vaihingen train station is just a several minute walk away. There is an S Bahn (regional train) from the airport to Viahingen, so easy to get to H23 after you arrive. Several nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast is not included, but is not horribly priced. For my taste it's a little too dressed up and gourmet looking rather than straight forward. I did eat breakfast most days; there's a nice bakery three minutes away if you want a drink and pastries. I visit Vaihingen yearly or so as I have lifelong friends there. I'll happily stay at the H23 Boarding Hotel next time.

Guest：This is a fine, fine little hotel that is only a short train ride from the centre of Stuttgart. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel itself is very clean and well decorated. It is easy to get a decent sleep as it is a quiet enough area at night. I had a problem with my television and the staff fixed it within a matter of minutes. Staff were also very polite. Would absolutely recommend if in Stuttgart.

Guest：Great apartment very clean, smells lovely on entrance. Kitchen area in room good but missing a frying pan and a little more cutlery and a light. Would benefit from iron and ironing board. Bathroom is good with plenty of towels. Bed exceptionally comfy. The only downside is the heat as the air con is poor and the sun beats down through the three large windows. There is also a lot of road noise. Parking is excellent and great to have a washing machine in the basement, would stay again as good location.

Guest：Premetto che ho scelto questo Hotel per il rapporto posizione-prezzo e sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto. La struttura è moderna e pulita. La reception non è aperta 24/24 h, ma è possibile fare il check in senza la presenza del personale perché le schede magnetiche per accedere alla struttura e alle camere vengono lasciate in una cassetta con codice. Interessante la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile della struttura al costo di 10€ al giorno (non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze). I mezzi pubblici sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Proprio di fronte c’è una galleria commerciale con due supermercati, più altri supermercati nella zona. Promosso a pieni voti, soprattutto per la posizione e per il prezzo.
