Guest：Communication and response was good during the stay. Room was okay, but that didn’t bother us so much except for when the heater wasn’t working and no hot water the day of our departure. It seemed like they didn’t want to turn on the heater to conserve cost. And when I messaged saying that there was no hot water the day we were leaving, my message was ignored.
