On the upper floor there is a living area with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. From this level you have access to the large terrace, partly covered, equipped with table, chairs, outdoor sink and barbecue where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
With wooden beamed ceilings and Vietri ceramic floors, the flat is particularly suitable for customers who appreciate the charm of historic houses, accompanied by an exceptional view of the monuments and the sea and a comfortable set of services. The house is equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven and air conditioning in the living area on the first level.
