Guest：This wedding was truly magical! Several guests remarked that it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and for us, it felt like an absolute dream. Being in the courtyard of the castle, surrounded by the warm glow of lights and candles, with our loved ones enclosed by the magnificent 10th-century walls, created an experience that was completely unique. As the night descended, we found ourselves in awe, even needing to pinch ourselves to believe it was real. (We actually really had this moment). The atmosphere of the place was just phenomenal. Working with Chiara made everything even more special. Initially, we had another venue lined up about 20 minutes away, but after discovering Montalto Castle and experiencing Carla’s attention to detail and helpfulness, we decided to shift everything to the castle. Initially, we were just looking for a restaurant for dinner and the party, but Carla’s involvement and the beauty of the location won us over. I won’t name the other venue, but it’s a relais chateau close by and, honestly, they were not helpful at all. Chiara, on the other hand, was an absolute delight, and her assistance was truly enchanting—far beyond the magic of the castle itself. Even though we couldn't visit the location or meet her beforehand, she managed everything seamlessly, eliminating any potential stress. At the last minute, she coordinated an incredible wedding for us, handling every detail effortlessly while we were unavailable due to our travel. Her dedication and attention made the entire process a breeze. Our guests were enchanted by the experience, and the accommodations were perfect—cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. The service was impeccable, and the timing (crucial for weddings!) was flawless, from the ceremony to the cake cutting, fireworks, and everything in between. We also loved having access to the pool at any time—yes, even at 4:30 am! The club and dance floor were exactly what we needed to keep the party going. Thank you so much, Chiara and team, for making everything come together in such a short time. You guys truly rock!
Guest：If you are thinking about booking your wedding here, DO IT! We booked this venue, before even seeing it in person, in October 2022. We visited in November 2022 and we knew the risk had paid off. There are no words to do this venue justice. The grounds are the perfect backdrop for your special day, and the castle courtyard is picturesque for your dinner and dancing. We had a three day celebration at the castle, all organised perfectly by Chiara. We did have a wedding planner, but I would advise any couple considering this venue, not to have a planner unless it is absolutely necessary, Chiara is a dream. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and during our weekend, was the go-to for everything. Chiara you really are fabulous at your job, without you, our weekend would not have ran so smooth. We cannot thank you enough! Friday 31st May - We hosted a Welcome Party at the castle. We opted for the pizza party provided by the castle and it was incredible. We also hired 'Blue Moon Jazz Band' for 3 hours, I also highly recommend them. Saturday 1st June - Our wedding day. I am still not over the day writing this 6 months later, if I could re-live it, I would do so in a heart beat. Three things that I wanted to make sure had left a good impression on our guests was the venue, food and the entertainment. The venue blew everybody away. We opted for the caterer and florist Chiara recommended. Both were absolutely incredible, the food was never ending (in a good way!) and the flowers were exactly what I wanted. With the countryside as a back drop, you do not need to splurge too much on flowers. Caterer - Il Sorriso Ricevimenti Florist - Magnolia - Fiori Wedding Sunday 2nd June - The weather was a bit meh this day, we originally wanted to go for the BBQ option, but we arranged a light lunch with Chiara ahead of the poor weather. It did brighten up in the afternoon luckily - but our light lunch, paired with beer and wine was the perfect round off to such a beautiful weekend. The rooms are all immaculately clean and spacious. We arranged breakfast each morning with Chiara and it was worth every euro. It was also nice to spend each morning with close family members ahead of the madness. For context, we had 85 guests, which did mean we had to arrange transport for the additional guests (provided by PoggiBus) that could not stay with us in the castle. If you are looking for accommodation nearby: Agriturismo Borgo Rapale, Agriturismo Melariano, Relais La Martina were all outstanding and affordable with a short drive. Overall, this is truly a perfect venue with a perfect team to make your wedding so special. Chiara goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect and her team are incredible - we could not be more thankful that we chose this venue as for our wedding. Guest：My husband and I got married at Castello di Montalto May 2025. We had an extraordinary experience! The venue was beautiful and the staff was superb. CHiara was outstanding! She coordinated everything beautifully from the first email to our very last day at the castle. Her great communication skills and attention to detail made the wedding day seamless. She helped us navigate rainy weather and even a health scare with ease. She really went above and beyond for us and our guests. Luca also did an amazing job with cleanup, setup, music coordination, and all the other odd jobs he handled. He was always kind and very helpful. Be sure to book a cooking class at the castle. It was one of our favorite experiences during our stay! Castello di Montalto gave us many fond memories and even gifted us a few new friends. Guest：We had our wedding for 92 guests at this venue - we just want to say thank you so much for everything. Chiara and Lucca helped to give us the wedding of our dreams. Our guests said it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to and everything from the welcome dinner to the pizza party was just perfect.
