Guest：We were 7 people so we had a big apartment. Upper floor : Double Bed & small Bathroom with Shower Ground floor: 2x Couch Beds & Bathroom with Shower Basement : 2x big single beds & huge Bathroom with Shower and Bath 2 AC units where also available. We had a great stay and it was very central so we could walk everything. Parking is available for 25 p. day ( which is expensive and I don't understand why we can't use it for free as the parking space belongs to the house) Also do not enter the address into your navigation as you won't find it. Just enter " 2016 apartments" and it will be correct

Guest：I booked two apartments, no 3 and no 4 as we were a bigger group. The location is very central, near the Mercato and in 10 min walk to Fuomo. The apartments has the basic that is needed for people that is just sleeping in the apartment and having a slower morning. On the apartment 4, the bedrooms in the basement are humid, we were lucky that even if there was some rain it was not cold. But as the humidity is felt I imagine that on colder days the rooms might not be as pleasant, However the staff and owners are always available to sort something that we need and also to provide the extra mile of there is something that they can help, like keeping luggage or trying the suit your hours of check-ins if available,

Guest：Gli appartamenti offrono ampi spazi, molto funzionali e ben divisi, con ingresso, bagno, sala con divano letto, spaziosa cucina abitabile e, al livello superiore la camera da letto preceduta da un largo vano con l'armadio per gli abiti. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata. Un'ottima ed elegante sistemazione per il soggiorno a Firenze, a poche centinaia di metri da Santa Croce. Molto gentile e accogliente la ragazza dello staff che accoglie gli ospiti.

Guest：We stayed in apartment 3 for a couple of nights in Florence with our two teenagers. The pros here were: tons of space, excellent air-conditioning, being in the historic district, assistance from a nearby/related hotel (taxis, reservations, etc.) and a small kitchen (though I wouldn't make big meals here with limited pans and utensils). The cons were lack of decor, mediocre furniture, limited kitchen supplies, uneven water temperature in the shower, and being on the far and very quiet side of the historic district (10-15 minute walk most places). In general, the apartment and building felt like they were in the middle of a slow remodel - the bathrooms were lovely, but the rest of the place felt unfinished/bachelor pad. It definitely worked for our needs, but was nothing special.
