Guest：Long detailed review incoming!! I am shocked to see the last 6 reviews being a 5 star! THE ROOMS:..the rooms were kept very clean by the cleaners and I had no issues at all with the cleanliness of our room. Whilst the beds were a bit on the hard side and the Air con was very weak, the rooms were still a decent size to what you would expect. There is a big glass window in the wall between the bedroom and the shower so unless you're sharing a room with your spouse, that could get awkward. I had a cockroach fall from the bathroom ceiling at 3am and some how touch my bare bumcheek!! To say I woke up INSTANTLY is an under statement! THE FOOD: God's be good! This has to be the worst food we have ever been served on holiday. We would have been better off foraging some sand and seashells!. The selection of food was limited, the majority of it contained some kind of fish or seafood. Lunch time there was chips and pancakes which we relied on, breakfast was pointless unless you wanted a soaking wet tasteless scrambled egg, rockhard baked beans or a pastry. dinner was always wasted. The plates were filthy and you had to dig through the stack to find a half clean plate. A few other guests were like savages, grabbing at salad with there dusty hands. it took the hotel very long to refill trays of food and ran out of plates and bowls often. There was a member of staff in the dinner hall however, who always reserved the large seating for our family as we had between 9-11 eating together. He was always removing empty glasses and offering us more drinks. Had to be careful with the cold food as there were often flies all over the gaff crawling on the salad. POOLS: 1 main pool + kids pool always open throughout the day. Freezing, but clean. Water slides were amazing BUT be aware these are only opened once a day for an hour or 2 max IF they had the staff. The kids had a fun looking activity pool which was also only opened for an hour or 2, defeated the purpose of have a fun kids pool, as this and the slides were a big reason we booked here. STAFF: Mostly decent. One of the outdoor bar staff was amazing. Looked after us very well. Very clean, brought us drinks and even stopped some of the other guests who would intimidate and harass some of the women. That being said, there was a member of staff who ended up making a few of us a bit unsure, pressuring the girls to add him on instagram. The same person, asked me what ***** I was taking because he wanted some, i told him I don't take *****, the next day he asked if I wanted ***** and passed it off as a joke to which I told him the same thing, he was sat at our table so for the next half hour I had to keep my hand over my drink until we left the bar. THE BEACH: The private section of the beach was lovely. A bit of hassle from people trying to sell fags, fruit, towels etc. Will tell you its a gift then ask for money . No stones on the sand but can do with a bit of a clean to remove the bottle caps and fag buts. Had so

Guest：The animation team was amazing, they were full of energy and made every activity so much fun . The shows were entertaining, and they really knew how to engage both kids and adults. Great job and one think the pool was dirty they have to clean it and the spa pool it's so cold Perfect holiday nice hotel

Guest：I love this hotel because it has so much fun stuff to do and I love dancing with the dancers and the animation team was amazing and great.they make us very happy.maybe many things in hotel not perfect but we forget all because we have fun with animation and it’s amazing hotel i will be back soon.i love Tunisia
