Guest：Checking in and out were easy. They were helpful when needed. I used to live on the island so it was an interesting stay. The room, gorgeous with an ocean view. I would visit again and my friends are planning to stay there now after they saw the room.

Guest：马桶第一天就堵塞，淋浴房的下水也是下水很慢，客房打扫马虎，小朋友泡澡的东西第二天也没有清理掉，衞生纸也没有增加，除了交通便利，体验感一般

Guest：It’s really a good choice to stay in this hotel . We book 2 rooms . Great views from level 17 . Indeed breathtaking views. Feeling absolutely great to wake up with the sunrise view . Glad that front desk customer service able to speak English and mandarin which is really helpful . But we were surprise that we were actually being charge when we use the toothbrush that was send daily to our room . Isn’t it suppose to be free ? After many stays in other hotel this is quite surprising for us . If hotel wanna charge us maybe should let us know when we check in to the hotel . Also we notice room 1769 bathroom lights is flickering.
