Guest：Tel in room is not functioning despite it is a NEC phone. Coffee at breakfast is so diluted. Food variety is very Chinese cuisine, Lacking Thai fusiion or western dishes. Lack of variety of food and low value food served. No bell boy to assist when checking out.

Guest：Acceptional Service Friendly and helpful staff. Always putting up a smile and greet us making us feel so welcomed. The location was so convenient from BTS the red line. The gym is fully equipped and specious. We have a great stay here every time we came to Bangkok. The experience is always consistently excellent.
