会员9281：新泰和宾馆是我感觉到了家一样的宾馆，到赤峰常住的宾馆，2019年11月6日晚上九点多又住到新泰和宾馆，房间干净卫生，早餐有饮品，面食，米饭，粥，热菜，凉菜，水果，糕点，也是孩子非常喜欢的早餐，中餐美食多样，价格合理。 地理位置距离火车站几百米，步行就可以到达，公交车多个线路，去市内方便，门前，后院都有停车场，保安主动指挥停车，下车后保安主动帮助提行李，进到宾馆大厅，领班经理热情迎接，前台工作人员服务态度很好，我网上错订的普通房，因为我需要换房，宾馆服务员和经理耐心的给我解释并且换了豪华房间，并且不加费用，钱虽然不多，但是很暖心，谢谢你们当班所有人员的耐心热情的服务，真心的向你们说一句对不起，添麻烦了。
