房间很大，停车也很方便，而且看起来一整栋楼都是酒店，有洗衣房和健身房。房间设施真的很不错，插座很多，而且电视有机械臂可以适合各个角度，这个真的很方便，还有DVD，浴室也很大。但是屋里有很多小虫子还有蚊子，屋里没有蚊香，和前台要也没有，超级多的小虫子直接落在白花花的被子上，打死了几只根本打不完，感觉很不衞生。而且毛巾有黄色污渍，感觉不是很乾净。最后觉得早点种类也不多呀，饭菜在九点的时候已经凉了，而且主食像炒米饭和炒麪之类的很硬，感觉像剩的，早餐个人觉得并不多也不好吃。

I had a wonderful experience at Ariva.The hotel is better than expectations. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was okay . The hotel room was clea, cozy and impressively equipped, with a full set of kitchen tools and even a toilet bidet. Would definitely stay again!!

Everything is clean. Pretty far from the city center. Quiet neighborhood. Not much going on around. I had to order a new shower head online. The old one was absolutely useless. So is the TV. No streaming services like iQIYI Youku. Pretty good overall. Could be better for the price.

It is a good apartment hotel. Fast check in and fine service. Curiously they still charge guarantee deposits even though room charges are paid in advance. Most of hotels don't charge it any longer.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. The deposit collected by the front desk is a miscellaneous deposit, used to avoid damage to items in the room and offset some other expenses in the hotel. The deposit will be refunded to you upon your departure or after departure (depending on your deposit payment method).

I just stayed for one night, the room is spacious including all necessary amenities... The welcome fruit basket was a nice touch, breakfast buffet offering both Chinese and Western style food items... Will be back!

Excellent service and value for money. Perfect for family and friends staycation. The location is a bit far from city centre but its worthwhile to stay far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staffs are friendly and the cafe in the first floor is the gem of the stay.

Absolutely loved the stay here Very clean Spacious and food value for money I loved the bathroom with the big tub and huge mirrors. It’s a little far from the main cities but about 10 km away. It’s not so bad
