Ideal location, however i encountered a problem with the water supply. I’m about to take a shower before i check out before 10am and there’s a water outages for some reason.

優：飯店地理位置很便利，過一條大馬路就是SM Mall
其他：房間插座少、備品不足(我訂雙人房雙床，但牙刷只有一組)、隔音有待加強(隔壁房間開門感覺很像自己房門被開)、浴簾可以再加長，否則洗澡時水還是會噴出去

Expectation versus reality, we are expecting on the room provided in the photos is the room that we will be accommodation but sad to say it’s disappointment, there is no window and it’s suffocating.

We arrived in the Hotel when the typhoon was still ongoing and no electricity but in a few minutes power transfer was restored and all set to normal. The staff is very helpful. The travel time from Hotel to Airport is less than 30 minutes.

Directly connected / very close to SM City Iloilo — extremely convenient if your priority is easy access to the mall. Rooms are well-equipped (TV, mini-bar or similar, etc.), and there are amenities like lobby bar, potentially meeting rooms if needed. Great for shoppers, people arriving late, or anyone who wants minimal commute. Good balance between comfort and convenience.

The hotel is near SM Iloilo and is very convenient. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Overall stay is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean, all rooms we booked has heaters. They change towels and cleans rooms everyday.

Nice bar area, great place to drink and eat. Walking distance to malls.

*Review for J7 Hotel (September 24, 2025)*
I recently stayed at the J7 Hotel, and overall, I had a comfortable experience. The service was good, and the employees and crew were polite and attentive. However, I noticed that the towels provided were old and showed signs of wear and tear. I would suggest replacing them to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend the J7 Hotel to others, with the hope that they will address the issue with the towels.
