Service plus que parfait acceuil et service or pair. J' ai fait la gaffe de faire voler mon drone de la chambre et je l'ai ""planter" sur le toit ...l équipe c'est debattu d'arrache pied pour me le recuperer donc bravo .. sevice et acceuil. Du jamais vue .. aux quebec. Je me serait fait engeuler hahaha..
Surprisingly amazing, Our stay at O HOTEL was exceptional. I did not expect that much with regards to accommodation, But the staff were friendly and the room was beyond comfortable. The location is very convenient with no traffic congestion! I love the parking area of the Hotel so convenient . Thank you O HOTEL Bacolod - for providing a home beyond my home.
My 5th stay at the o HOTEL. Great hotel with fantastic staff and excellent cleaners. Always a friendly lot of staff in every department and that's the reason I always return.
Was an overall great stay! Just minor things like no hot water for the first couple of days, WiFi cuts sometimes.
They were doing maintenance and upgrades the whole time, so I look forward to seeing how it changes! ??

Awesome hotel and stay overall. This was an unexpected God-send since we booked last minute and all other known hotels were already full.
It is near everything we needed - SM Mall, Ayala Malls, eats, etc. Between its location and Grab, everything was between 5 to 15 minutes away :)
They serve awesome food - give their carbonara a try!!!
Staff is very accommodating, supportive, and flexible. This will be a consideration once more next time we are back :)
