房间不错，前一晚一楼的房间有点吵，跟前台反馈要求换一个安静的房间，前台给换了一个三楼的房间，很安静，不错！

早餐丰富 房间乾净 最重要地理位置极佳 步行到码头 距离网红海鲜店也很近，酒店停车需要额外付费，服务态度很好

酒店服务不错，前台接待很好，房间整体乾净整洁，房间隔音效果不好，早餐还可以，丰富多样！酒店位置不错，很方便！

酒店位置是很好的, 离渔人码头很近，晚上散步就可以去了。大赞门口酒店有烤火的设计，晚上坐在烤炭火的边上 非常惬意，每天旅游回来都会坐一下再回房间。唯一不好的房间淋雨水很小，洗澡不方便

这个价格还含早餐性价比极高，也不需要期待太多豪华程度，乾净就够了。

餐厅服务区域 ，中国面孔女服务员服务态度极差，我报完房间号核查后工作人员示意她需要引领我过去，她全程看都没有看向我，更不要説引领，面对白人 ，大老远的就问好微笑引领至餐桌前?? 恶心至极

服务：所有前台工作人员都非常认真专业，有问必答，也比较热情
衞生：每天都会打扫衞生，非常乾净，我粘在墙上的头发都给打扫了
环境：离渔人码头非常近，也很安全，地理位置极佳
设施：设施比较老旧，不要太讲究。水龙头和淋浴水量都很小
早餐：早餐6:30开始，种类丰富。超市6.99一盒的草莓随便吃。早饭多吃点能撑到晚上

房间进去一看还不错，但是衞生间的水池和淋浴头的水简直了……比没有好一点，洗脸和洗澡很费劲。所以我也没法洗头！早餐看起来很多，能吃的很少，水果里面除了凤梨是熟的，其他水果都是生的。最后一天早上赶飞机，来不及早饭，想要打包一点走。服务员説只能在那边吃！

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the property. The staff provide excellent service and are extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The location is great and convenient, the price is reasonable and offers good value for money, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing – delightful and beyond expectations. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax and get a full, restful sleep. I felt safe the whole time, and the place was not intimidating at all.
On the first day of my stay, there was a power outage which delayed the check-in process, and I was quite upset at first. However, the staff kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 3rd floor despite the difficult situation. Seeing how exhausted everyone looked, I couldn’t stay angry – they truly did their best, and I appreciate their effort and dedication.
Overall, it was a genuinely relaxing experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness, tranquility, great food, and heartfelt hospitality.
