Received the best service from Lilian. She patient's responded to our needs, and represented the hotel very well, exceptional customer management skills. The food is okay, tasty and prepared fresh. Keep it up

Have stayed at Ngong Hills numerous times. Stay has always been excellent! Great location, good restaurant, friendly, attentive staff. Clean rooms. Close to restaurants, grocery store to pick up supplies or snacks. Great free breakfast!! Always look forward to returning. Front desk very helpful.

Amazing hospitality and friendly staff. The rib platter was especially delicious. We also enjoyed the extensive drink menu with the variety of cocktails to choose from. Would definitely visit again and again.

Rooms are super clean ,the conference hall well ventilated, and food was woow in good temperatures and in time, funny how I couldn't wait for meal time.Good work can't wait to be back, I left the place happy ??
