Guest：Place was nice for what you pay, some staff were rude but it may just be a bad system. They kept saying on the system I did not pay for my room which I did on here or when I was checking out the city tax which in fact I did but it was probably just a system issue. It is a nice place to stay in comparison to a hoste: 2026-02-01

Guest：The staff was always missing on the service desk. I had to wait 10 minutes for a person to appear both when checking in and out - not that much, but very irritating when you’re tired or in a hurry. Cleanliness of the room was quite average, some dust in the bed, so felt a bit but uncomfortable.: 2025-11-01
