Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious room, great facilities. Can't fault it, really. For UK and EU visitors, note your price does not include resort tax and fees. Worth checking if the budget is tight. Good dining options in the hotel and the mall in the complex. I'd recommend Blondies for breakfast.

The location is unbeatable, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.
The cold-water faucet in my room didn’t work, which is unacceptable for a so-called four-star hotel. The bathroom design is baffling—the glass door blocks half of the bathroom when opened. Overall, the facilities feel dated and overdue for a serious upgrade.

There was no kettle or tea and coffee service available, and the staff at the service desk were not particularly friendly or helpful when questions were asked. On a positive note, the location was great, and the views from the room were pleasant.

Stayed one night and wished I had booked more. The room was lovely , had a really great time. The amenities were amazing
