Very good location in the city centre near “almost everything “. Very good breakfast and the staff is ultra polite and helpful (just ask them for a excursion or transportation)
Clean room with a huge double bed.

这里的柜台跟餐厅人员都非常得好，柜台就可以换钱了在柜台预订，下龙湾的行程也很方便，总之在这里我觉得受到了像好朋友一样的接待，所以我推荐大家可以来?

The only set back is the window - too small
They’ve upgraded our room to triple even though we’ve booked for a double with balcony - we would prefer the balcony

抵达饭店时，接待人员很亲切的为我们提行李，并送上饮料止热止渴。为我们办理入住的接待员会说一点点的中文。房间很大，住起来舒适。饭店位置也不错。

部屋は広くて良かったですが。エアコンが小さいあまり冷えなかったのが残念です。

The room was sadly not cleaned (the towels were not clean in the bathroom) and the drawers were left with previous customers' belongings after checking in. It is not acceptable to pass the room under such conditions to your customers. A room that does the job turned out to be a room ruins the job. So please do look into the matter cautiously.

Pleasant hotel with basic amenities. Buffet breakfast is basic, but you can order additional eggs and Pho. Queen bed was gigantic, but only two uncomfortable pillows. Hosts were accomodating and put in an effort to assist tourists to see Hanoi. Construction from next door at 7am each day was a nuisance, but out of their control. Showers alternating scalding hot/cold also not ideal. Good value stay.
