Guest：Staff is friendly and the rooms are decent. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not include any protein, just cereal and breads.

Guest：Very young Front Desk Staff & friendly. I booked online with ******* & “Breakfast Included” was stated. On arrival, I was told “Breakfast Included”. Next mourning in the dining room, I was handed a menu with prices. I asked if this was the “included” breakfast & told ‘Yes’. I ordered an omelette & beverage. When I finished eating, I was given a bill of $15+. I showed my room key & online reservation to the day manager who as clearing tables. She said only a ‘Continental’ Breakfast” was included & reluctantly took care of my bill. I passed the front desk on the way to my room. I asked the young desk staffer if they were aware the included breakfast was only basic & not from a menu & they were not aware. The next 3 mornings I had breakfast away from the hotel. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on a stated hotel offering online & also at the front desk.
Guest：I have stayed many times at this Red Lion as I have property in the area. The staff are invariably friendly and helpful. Areas that might be addressed that twice now when I take a shower before bed, the hot water is just luke warm. Secondly, the large parking lot often seems littered a bit and open to break-ins. There could also be a lamp on the table that has outlets for computers, etc.
