Helpful front desk which my daughter missed out her parcel the young man willing to help without any unpleasant, thumb up. Location in between international and domestic hall, free breakfast but I didn't try cos I am too tired to wake up. Bed a bit soft and I left my belongings inside which I thought my daughter check them in already, but due on I will not going back to hokkaido so soon therefore I didn't contact hotel about this matter, because I don't have any solution too, sad..
I had a wonderful stay at Air Terminal Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect since the hotel is directly inside the airport, making it extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early morning flights.
The airport itself has many shops, restaurants, snack stores, and convenience stores, so it’s very easy to find food, drinks, and anything you might need.
The room is compact but clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the window view overlooking the airplanes — it was a unique and beautiful sight.??
??Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers access to an onsen, which is a great feature, although I didn’t get the chance to try it because the queue was quite long.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and easy access at the airport.??
