Guest：Not my 1st time staying here but this time the unit I stayed was not in a good condition in terms of the cleanliness. Not sure if it was due to raya season and lack of staff. The breakfast spread was ok: 2025-03-01

Guest：The hotel room was very dirty and facilities not up to standard: 1. most facilities example lights in room were not functioning, iron and hairdryer- also 2. facilities not up to standard- water flow in shower room slow, maybe blocked, water stagnant 3. cleanliness- overall very dirty, bedsheets, towels and pillowcase smells 4. Housekeeping - room cleaning very badly done, dirty towels left in room and tables full of dust not cleaned.: 2026-01-01
