Standard hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was also lovely, and we even got a courtesy call from the front desk to check that everything was okay. Of course, still slightly dated but nothing that doesn’t work.
Booked 3 rooms and every single one had problems — dirty and dusty surfaces, mould in the showers, broken lights and curtains. One room booked for a couple and child was a twin; we had to move furniture to push the beds together, but they wouldn’t stay in place, and our child fell through the gap. Only one towel for three people, a broken iron, and at breakfast I was questioned for taking soya milk. I reported these issues to reception, but instead of addressing them, staff brushed me off and offered no real help. This is far below the standard I expect from Holiday Inn.
It's ideal for a quick stopover . For the price I paid it's fine there was no coffee available in the Breakfast as the machine wasn't working so that was disappointing but the room was decent and spacious with a good Bathroom and i was on the 9th floor so iou get a good view from out of the window
