Pleasantly surprised by the service at this hotel! I had a parcel delivered in advance, which the concierge received and then moved to my room when it was ready. The amenities were great: I was especially happy to find a bathtub even for a small room like mine and that the TV was indeed smart and could easily connect to streaming apps!
Cleanliness could be improved, as some stains and unidentifiable spots can be spotted on bed sheets/towels. The pillows were also not the most comfortable.
Regardless, my stay was great for a solo traveller!
The location is close to the train station, which is convenient for anyone catching a train. Although it’s right next to the tracks, the soundproofing is surprisingly good.

Forgot to mention, the highlight is the bathroom — it’s surprisingly spacious, and the bathtub is very large. It’s quite rare to find such a big toilet and shower area in a Japanese hotel. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
