We booked late with Crystal and the hotel had no information about our booking. This resulted in a delay at reception and we were last to be attended to at 2200. The allocated room appeared to be the last available and it's outlook was poor. We made some constructive criticism and the reception staff called us next day to offer an upgrade to a beautiful suite with wonderful views over the ski resort. This made our holiday so good. We also booked spas or the swimming pool daily and this made a fine end to the busy ski days. The meal choices are fantastic and it is so easy to overeat. There was a daily 4 course meal and the sweets were incredible. Ski in, ski out using the poma tow nearby for access to lifts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably return next year

Another great ski holiday at the Golf.Enjoyed the convenience of ski hire and piste access.Great food and nice pool area. Particular thanks to Ornaldo ,Erica and Tilla in the restaurant and the helpful girls on reception.Thanks also to Federico. Just wish the apres ski bar along at lift station would turn down its awful music which thumped along for hours in the evening spoiling this lovely peaceful location.

So this hotel is very near the two main telecabin that take straight up the mountain. At the back of the hotel there are two drag lifts for the beginners. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. There is a spa, swimming pool and gym on site. No the food is simply delightful. The Friday course is buffet, followed by two served courses and a buffet dessert. The wine selection is huge and reasonably priced. The ski area is one of the best I have ever skied. I can’t fault this hotel its staff or food

Based in the Golf Hotel, our family enjoyed a wonderful week's skiing holiday. The bedrooms were comfortable and with good facilities. Breakfast was a wonderful array of different choices and set us up for the day ahead. There was always plenty of choice for the evening meal and we enjoyed trying the various Italian dishes on offer. There were many, and varied, starters on offer and the deserts were super too. We loved going to the Spa area each day for sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. The most impressive element of our stay was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel location is not strictly ski-in, ski-out. Although it is situated beside a slope, there is a short walk/skate/pole to the button lift or a five minute walk to the cable car. But neither is too onerous and we happily returned to the hotel for lunch before heading out again in the afternoon. We would definitely return for another holiday.

Very comfortable hotel, lovely food and wonderful staff. The hotel gives excellent access to a wonderful ski area in what must be one of the most beautiful environments I have seen. Stunning
