There were abundant rooms available, yet they wouldn’t allow us to enter early. Also, the vending machine did not work and the front desk was uncooperative in resolving it.
Very clean room, wonderful staff, very accommodating , Lots of street noise, there’s a big construction project going on downtown on the major Rodeway. Everything else was wonderful great people nice pool and fresh breakfast not a bad experience.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra pesos upon check in to get the room we booked which I found not fair but we needed a place to stay. I had booked through ******* originally.
