Clean room. Very good staff service. Bed was a bit small, double width only.
Room was noisy as we got a basement room below reception area so had regular noisy foot traffic on a hard floor above through the night.

Nice hotel in Notting Hill
Nice decent hotel in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Single room was quite tight but suited my needs and there was everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Typical english breakfast.
Location is great, not too far from tube of buss.

Small Rooms
We were a group that booked 4 rooms. It was very hot outside. Only 2 rooms had adequate AC. No windows that opened. One of the rooms should have not been sold as a double. Tiny room. Luckily they changed the couple into another room after the first night.

Disappointing room
The room we stayed in was in a basement and had a fake window. There was a fan in the “window” which was so loud and made it hard to sleep but couldn’t be turned off because the room would get too hot. It was also very small and cramped. Some of the staff were dismissive and seemed annoyed to help while others were quite pleasant, which was strange. The cleanliness of the room was fine but I definitely would not stay here again. The only benefit is that it is close to Hyde park for events but I still don’t think that justifies the price and the poor service.

Room was not ready at when we arrived 20min after check in time. Small room but ok, no window though and in a basement room also meant no reception either.
Room was next to some sort of vent which was also very noisy throughout the night

- The location is perfect, Hotel is Good
- I Stayed in a single room, it was very small. If you are more than 6ft in height, please avoid single rooms.

Lovely stay , great location
Very enjoyable stay , rooms clean and fresh , staff friendly, check in nice and simple, breakfast ok , but all in all a nice place , lovely quiet location , close to Paddington station and would stay again

L’hotel potrebbe ottenere un punteggio più alto, se non fosse che la stanza era al piano -1, con finestra murata e non era stata menzionata questa possibilità in fase di prenotazione nè dalle immagini esemplificative (Camera di riferimento deluxe)

很美很安静的街区，去哪都很方便，各方面都不错，早餐的培根还是很好吃的，鸡蛋也不腥，还有巧克力酱，麪包香香的
