I have been calling the hotel twice to ask for following - one on last night which they ask me write a email for request, the hotline is not for any enquiries; second time now which is in vain. Also tried to write email and ask Trip platform to follow up, two days later still no update. Super bad customer service that I would not recommend for anyone going to this city. Do risk your experience! Very bad!
