Breakfast spread was ok but enjoyed it, seating was comfortable and relaxing. Room was clean and compact. The bed was not as great and I hated the pillows. Staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was delicious and I absolutely enjoyed the photo area and jacuzzi in my room.

Breakfast was good apart from the lack of eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange there were no tea making facilities, plenty of coffee options but no tea.
Dinner was very good if a little pricey. Parking was very easy

Clean, comfortable room close to centre of Paris. Nothing fancy, but helpful staff and a great value breakfast (at extra cost).

Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside

Confortable et bon état , le robinet était problématique et pas possible d’avoir des ?ufs à la coque sinon grand lit confortable

Séjour en couple.
H?tel chaleureux, très belle déco, personnel accueillant et restaurant délicieux.
Tout aurait été parfait si nous n’avions pas dormi que 3h.
Un couple dans la chambre juste à c?té s’est battu une partie de la nuit.
Obligés de faire intervenir la réception plusieurs fois pour au final entendre la police débarquer à 4h du matin …

C’est la première et dernière fois que nous allons dans cet h?tel !
Les personnes en réception sauf aujourd’hui n’ont rien à faire en réception. Ces personnes ne sont absolument pas accueillantes, répondent sèchement, et lorsque je demande où je peux garer ma voiture la personne m’a envoyé balader en me disant qu’il y a des places partout…
Avec vos 10 ans, il y avait aucune place ! Cela aurait été bien de prévenir.
La prochaine fois, prévenez lors de ce type d’événement !
La personne qui nous a accueilli au restaurant n’était pas plus sympa…
Heureusement que les serveurs étaient plus sympa.
