An excellent hotel considering its location, clean rooms, and very high-class staff service. It's also conveniently located near the Duomo and all the luxury shops (a 10-minute walk).

El servicio super atento y ofreciéndonos comodidades en todo momento. El desayuno riquísimo. Y las instalaciones perfectas además de super cerquita del duomo y todo el centro para poder descansar en el viaje cuando quieras
A nice hotel but some major flaws. There are 11 floors and I believe at least 9 of them have rooms for guests - of all of those rooms there is ONE iron, not what you want considering the money you will pay.
The location is great if you want to stay right in the centre, but I would recommend not doing so. There are nicer buildings, streets and restaurants away from Duomo.
The rooms are spacious, but the decor is dated. Not what you’d expect for a city famed for style. If you’re looking for value for money, look elsewhere.
Fantastic hotel, just a few minutes walking distance to the Duomo and to Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle. Very nice rooms. Staff are very helpful and polite. The pizza right downstairs was excellent. Lots of cafes, restaurants, stores and everything downstairs too.
