There is very limited parking at the hotel which leaves out of state travelers out of luck arriving late. The parking lot was very icy. The bed sheets looked like they’ve never been washed, that was disgusting.

I do hope that you had brought the bed sheet issue to staff's attention immediately as housekeeping changes sheets/linens for ALL rooms that check-out. Also when we are at full capacity parking is limited, so the later you arrive the fewer spots are available, just like anywhere else. Again, thank you for sharing this feedback and have a better day!

Fabulous room that was spotless. Staff was exceptional from the check-in to checkout. Early departure shuttle to the airport was seamless. Super comfortable mattress and pillow.

Overall this hotel was comfortable, the rooms are a good size and the beds perfect. Unfortunately we experienced 2 issues, one was resolved well by hotel staff (noisy renovations and our room was changed to a quieter spot - which we appreciated) but the other was an issue relating to other guests - unsupervised children were running around and slamming doors from around 5pm up until midnight and beyond! This was a shame as we had an early flight and had to get up at 3am.

It was very loud. There were people running down the halls above us half the night. We ended up leaving one night early, losing our money because we slept so poorly.

The bathroom door didnt shut all the way or lock. Red stain (looked like blood on the carpet) and we had to go to the hotel next door for parking and a shuttle to the airport. Stay at 4 ooints/royce if you can

We only offer extended park n fly packages directly through Hyatt, not any 3rd party sites, such as the one you booked through. Please keep this in mind for future bookings and just to let you know we will be starting guestroom renovation NEXT WEEK! Once this process is completed we would love to welcome you back to a more up-to-date Hyatt place property.

La habitación perfecta ... perooooo Me hicieron varias transacciones con mi tarjeta de credito todas distintas y todos los dias. No tenian personal que hablara espa?ol que me pudiera expliacar, trate de resolver con el traductor y me dicen que ellos tampoco saben porque paso eso y fueron descortés..

I'm sorry that there were a few authorizations on your credit/debit card, and apologize that we didn't have a spanish speaking represenataive at our front desk. Honestly, staff was not rude when they apologized while using google tranaslate on their phones to communicate with you for at least 5-10 minutes, which I witnessed myself. Also, you were never charged anything extra. Please give a few business days for any authorizations to fall off.

Not sure why or if its just because its by the airport. But it was jammed pack, barely any parking. There was someone that was sleeping in their car parked next to me and by my room, but I figured they wouldnt cause any trouble. So I let it be since it was late. Staff was a bit in training but they handled questions well enough. The room itself was clean enough but just old age stuff like bathroom wallpaper peeling, corner covers peeling and a bit musty humid in the room. We're on the lower floor and heard a loud thump above us. It was quiet after that, and in the morning you can hear the walking above you but with the TV on, it kinda cancels it out. Overrall if this was 8.8/10 Id be worried about the lower rated places in Milwaukee. Id rate it 6/10. Place did a well enough job for the price I paid.

本来想在机场附近订一家四星级舒适型的酒店，结果携程推荐了这家到店看，也就是二三星的水平，酒店设施陈旧，早餐很简单，性价比低。唯一的好处是离机场特别近，到机场的班车每15分钟一班。
