Overall good experience with a family and a kid. Room was spacious and we got everything we needed to stay comfortable. Facilities will take time to learn where everything are and what activities are available.

We are in a premium room and has a phenomenal sea view. The room is recently renovated and thus is clear and modern. However, the common areas in the hotel are aged and would require a makeover. The pool is great and makes the hotel a very good family choice, but also because of the same, the hotel tends to be quite noisy and some guests are too focused on their kids, ignoring the normal manner they should pay to other guests. Food is average and would suggest to dine outside. There are plenty of choices.

这次玩的非常开心??尤其小童俱乐部的Stewart and Lucas，非常耐心细致，跟着他们学做cooking 还有在泳池里跳舞！这次体验很好，我们定期都来这里，是芭提雅最好的亲子酒店之一

如果带住小朋友，这间酒店所有配套都很完美家长可以休息之余，小朋友又可以有很多不同嘅活动选择酒店有大型游泳设施，多条瀡滑梯，适合唔同年龄的小朋友酒店连接沙滩，10点前和黄昏时间人会比较少

我们订的是套房，我觉得很满意，首先服务上面来説，每天下午还会来问一下需要什么。，其次呢，虽然早餐很一般，但是他的餐厅真的很大，不会很拥挤。最后就是带孩子，真的特别好，酒店各种泳池，各种泳道还有游乐园，主要是服务非常好，让人觉得很阳光，见到的一直都是微笑

很棒的酒店啊适合遛娃水上园区超适合大童房间也是两个Queen size的床房间设计也合理早餐的话可以改进一下可能是人太多无法满足品质上要求但是酒店整体还是很热闹不错可以不出酒店呆个两三天

酒店典型东南亚风格度假感拉满房间空间很大床品舒服但空调噪音太大太大！开着根本没法睡觉只能关空调睡觉水上乐园孩子很喜欢早餐品质真的不太行定了含早但吃了一天之后第二天真的不想再去了早餐菜品和环境都差点意思

酒店装修完第一次入去住，?房间比之前又风格，?但服务差咗，?唔系咁客人，?入住提咗佢先生生日，?今次去到生日嗰日要问佢先送上嚟，?咁多年入住都系自己会生日当日放进房间内，?今次要去前台问先有，?除咗房间其他地方都冇乜点改变，?我由2009年开始每次都住10日8日、?每年都系选择佢第一，?以后都会继续入住，?不过佢啲服务真系要提升吓
