Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Really like the spacious room. It’s clean. We didn’t take the breakfast. Plenty of food options nearby. Lotus, 7-11, ATMs, massage place are within 1 minute walks. The reception team is very helpful too

Great location right at the heart of Nimman where all the fun things are happening. The Friday walking market is literally at the doorstep of this place. One nimman and Maya just a few mins walk away and short walk away from really cool bars and eateries. The room is clean. Requested for a quiet room but was given a corner room facing the main road. Additionally, the insulation has worn off so be ready with ear plugs at night so you can sleep through the high volume of street noise & airplanes flying above. Amenities are really basic compared to other 3 stars hotels in Chiang Mai. No swimming pool. A small gym. The water pressure in the shower has a mind of its own but if you can get past all this, then it’s a place well worth the value for the cleanliness & convenience you get by being a stone throw away from everything in Nimman

So quiet even though our room faced Nimman Street ??Near Maya mall & tons of good coffee & eating places!

This hotel is outdated. Bathroom door is difficult to close noisy cracked, chips everywhere and the cleanliness is not meet standard. The restaurant breakfast reception is not that friendly. Not much of any amenities, needs to ask for more shampoo. I have to used my owe paper towels. They provided very little.
