Update, according to the contract this place is (HIGH ALERT SECURITY) and could be a public risk. Positives: Location (easy to get there). Acceptable price. Designs and decorations. Cleanness. Nearby beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids playgrounds with control cameras on the room. Handicaps’ private parking. Areas of Improvement: High alert security policies (difficult accessibilities). Limited and difficulty to find car parkings. Long time check-in and check-out process. Noisy sound from nearby apartments and corridors. The telephone is calling frequently (noisy). Overpriced. The kitchen is NOT well-equipped nor prepared (misunderstandings of MOH and CDC guidelines for preventive measures of COVID-19 and poorly applied). Lacking of security and visual screening for feverish guests. Housekeeping timing. Construction ?? audio-physical noisiness.
