I paid a higher price but did not receive a standard room or breakfast, while my family paid less and got a better room with breakfast. This was not fair.

We have an amazing experience in this beautiful resort and I want to express my gratitude to the staff especially to the manager who upgraded our room we requested. They make my stay so memorable. Every staff I encountered, from reception to housekeeping named Muktar and Sami. You can feel how much they care about guests.

The palma beach resort was amazing place and enjoyable with family i had good experience and the beach was clean and dirty and deep was very clean for swming.

Great customer service i would like to thank the staff for the amazing hospitality special thanks to Mr ragib,and pankaj for the good customer service and for the tour as well I recommend everyone to come and enjoy the experience. Love this place it was the one of the best stay we. Ever had and specially the housekeeping team Mr mukhtar ,ragib so helpful and humble to assist us so professional.
