We have an amazing experience in this beautiful resort and I want to express my gratitude to the staff especially to the manager who upgraded our room we requested. They make my stay so memorable. Every staff I encountered, from reception to housekeeping named Muktar and Sami. You can feel how much they care about guests.

The palma beach resort was amazing place and enjoyable with family i had good experience and the beach was clean and dirty and deep was very clean for swming.

Great customer service i would like to thank the staff for the amazing hospitality special thanks to Mr ragib,and pankaj for the good customer service and for the tour as well I recommend everyone to come and enjoy the experience. Love this place it was the one of the best stay we. Ever had and specially the housekeeping team Mr mukhtar ,ragib so helpful and humble to assist us so professional. We stayed at Palma Resorts & Spa during Ramadan, and although the usual breakfast buffet wasn’t available, they delivered breakfast straight to our room and honestly, it was more than enough! We got a great variety of food (croissants, eggs, sausages, fruits, pancakes). They even gave us a complimentary fruit platter, which was a sweet surprise. What we really loved was that the rooms were villa-type, so there was a sense of privacy quiet and relaxing. The room was super spacious, clean, and comfy. The bathroom was spotless too, with a modern design and everything we needed. There are plenty of things to do on the property like bowling and a game room (we didn’t get to try them this time but definitely will on our next visit). Service was quick and friendly as well. Overall, we had a really relaxing stay and can’t wait to go back again so we can experience the full buffet and maybe check out more activities.

Очень понравилось место. Очень красиво. Возле каждого домика оборудованное место для барбекю. Мужчины и дети рыбачат на удочки. Вид из окна чудесный. С детьми и компаниями рекомендую. Хороший бассейн и детская зона. Понравился ресторан Пальма Сарай и обслуживание в нём. Порции очень большие, всё что не съели нам упаковали в боксы. Красивая территория и оригинальный дизайн с древним Египтом. Место рекомендую!
