Room very spacious.. lovely views. Toilet clean.. AC cold enough..

very filthy hotel. Stains are everywhere. Far from town center. Please avoid.

All staff are helpful and friendly. location ok saya suka hotel ni since 2014 xsilap stay sini. cuma kena pantau sikit housekeeping kadang2 xtukar cadar/selimut and always lupa simpan towel dalam bilik selalu takdah towel.:

Stayed at Borneo Royale Hotel for a few nights.
The room was spacious and comfortable, good for resting after a long day.
Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth.
Location is convenient, right next to a mall and close to many food places.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was comfortably cold, which I really appreciated. However, the carpet was dirty and there were noticeable cigarette marks on it, which affected the overall cleanliness. The shower pressure was just okay, not very strong. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, the stay could be much better.

The hotel is a bit old but the room is big and the towel bedsheets and pillows cover need to change. A bit yellowish color

I “accidentally” left my shirt behind when checking out, and when I asked about it, the reception politely informed me that housekeeping “couldn’t find it.” How strange — because I clearly remember leaving it there, and surprise, it’s not in my bag either. Looks like honesty must have also checked out before me.

So far ok. Cuma maybe diorg lupa letak tuala di bilik sy. Sudu utk bancuh air pun diorg lupa letak kot. So far ok la.
