Great location and the staff members were all friendly and provided service. Room was clean, only gripe is the bed being too soft for my liking

our room was clean but did not smell fresh - it smelt musty . we also were cold with quite a thin duvet and no provision of extra blankets, we did arrive very late and as a result we did not go back down to reception to ask for more blankets or ask to swap rooms but did alert reception staff on departure. we used the leisure facilities - Pool was rather cool but a good size and clean. We have stayed in other Crowne Plaza hotels but this time felt this hotel did not quite meet the usual standards.

Room is very nice, Air con makes some noise at night. Bathroom is clean, but a bit small and outdated.

The hotel was near everything ?so great ?the car park was full understandable as student town loved town. Was not very clean for a disabled room ?as you can see in photos this can be changed with some cleaning. Extreme loud noise from outside from a vent so unable to sleep .

I found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the bar and restaurant staff. In particular Cloe was very efficient and helpful behind the bar. She explained really well how to find the various attractions that we wanted to see. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the restaurant were also extremely efficient and friendly both at breakfast and especially during the evening meal. Unfortunately I did not think to take their names at the time. The only negative was the meal itself. Everything was good except for my steak. It was cooked just as I liked it, however it was tough and gristly. I did not complain at the time because as I said, everything else was really good, and I was not going to put a damper on the evening.

Great location. Helpful and welcoming staff. Large spacious rooms. The executive floor rooms have fab views for The Hoe, lighthouse and sea views. Breakfast was tasty and loads of it. Def recommend and will stay again!

酒店就在普利茅斯高地，出门就是海军纪念碑和斯米顿灯塔，然後就能到了海边，环境特别棒。离市区也很近，10分钟就到了麦当劳、肯德基，旁边还有TESCO超市，购物也方便。

Spacious room with large super king size bed. Air con was a bonus as there was a heatwave when we were there. Great value
