Our stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose was great. The location is central and close to many amenities like shopping mall, eating places and a short walk to the train station. Parking is free and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Service quality is very good - staff are polite and helpful. There is even a convenience store located in the hotel that is opne from 0600hrs to 2359hrs. Rooms are much larger than those in Sapporo and Tokyo and the shower area is big too.
