Excellent hotel in all areas - great location, super friendly owners and staff, clean, delicious breakfast. We did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ein kleines famili?r geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir hatten das wirklich sehr ger?umige Eckzimmer mit Blick auf den See. Traumhaft. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind in weniger als 5 Min fu?l?ufig erreichbar.

Zimmer mit Balkon u. Seesicht war wundersch?n. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück mit Gipfeli u. div. Broten. Frisch gemachte Birchermüsli. Div. feine Früchte. Kaffee heiss und fein. Ticino Tickets inkl. Alles perfekt.

A really nice hotel in front of the water near the border of Macedonia - the view of the lake from the restaurant is so nice, they have a board walk and seating area that looks at the water and is lovely to sit and read a book or enjoy the view The rooms were nice and comfy - you might be put in the hotel behind the main one at the lake front but its nice as well and it was very quiet as we were the only guests - breakfast is served in the hotel at the front of the water - so when booking make sure to ask which building you staying in

Reception is not in the front of the building. From the road have to walk down the ramp ***** the semi basement parking lot. Phone signal very poor. Power quality also needs to be improved - device charging takes almost three times more.

The breakfast was only fair, the rooms were cramped & rundown with stained carpets & furniture, the staff was a bit crumpy

Das Hotel liegt zentral, direkt in der Fu?g?ngerzone und nicht weit entfernt von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt leider nur 1 Lift für 2 Personen mit Gep?ck. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Restaurant sehr gut und freundlich.

Excellent location on lake, near train and bus stops. Room had great amenities for a 3 star. Lots of character and a lovely breakfast.
