Peccato che in tutte le strutture nelle quali sono stato, ci siano dei letti scomodissimi; non
riesco a capire il perché . Basterebbe acquistare dei materassi e cuscini anche semplicemente all'Ikea...sarebbero meglio di quelli.

Das Hotel war klein, sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber trotzdem bequem. Obwohl wir in der N?he des Eingangs waren, war es nicht laut. Die Dame an der Rezeption und der Herr, der uns beim Frühstück geholfen hat, waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und haben es sehr genossen. Au?erdem liegt das Hotel sehr nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Sie sprechen au?erdem Deutsch. Bis zum n?chsten Mal!

Stayed here as part of a group tour. Our room was in the same building as reception at the back of the hotel, overlooking gardens and mountains. The room was large with two beds, one double, one single. There was a balcony but no furniture on it. The bathroom was modern with some complimentary toiletries. One setting on the shower made water spray everywhere! Wifi in the room was best nearest the door and intermittent on the far side of the room. Otherwise, I would describe the room as functional and impersonal. I think there were some rooms in the building nearer the lake where breakfast was served. Proximity to the lake shore is definitely an asset of the hotel, although I suspect if sunbathing is your thing, you have to get up early to claim a free sunbed! You are also served by a small shop a few hundred metres up the road (turn left at end of car park) and restaurants nearby - can recommend pizza place next door. Breakfast was haphazard! You had to pay for coffee, unless the waiters were feeling too harassed/you pretend not to understand! Otherwise, there is juice, eggs, bread, and cereal. You can eat breakfast overlooking the lake. A clean, functional hotel for a short stay to enjoy the lake.

Good hotel close to the main bus station and public transport, it is approximately 20mins by train into the main part of the city. Staff are friendly and they offered locked luggage storage!
Aircon doesn’t cool the room unfortunately

Een oud hotel in het centrum van de stad (zeer centraal gelegen). Wij hadden een kleine kamer, maar netjes en schoon met goede bedden en een goed werkende airco. Toch wel vriendelijk personeel. Een bescheiden ontbijt buffet maar voldoende en goed. Het driegangen diner werd opgediend. ( niet a la carte) Het was ruim voldoende een goed.

房间很乾净，有个大的停车场，酒店也很近，下了高速就是酒店，空间也大，有个大的阳台，适合一家人或者商务出差，楼下的饭也很可口，好评。

The restaurant is great, the food is amazing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful and the lake is right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to go there. The service is nice and the staff was very helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It's possibly the best hotel in Pogradec.

Zimmer soweit ok, z.T hoher standard aber insgesamt abgewohnt und wenig gepflegt.leider war das Personal wenig motiviert. Zum Teil liefen diese in Jogginghose und/oder Hoodie durch die Gegend, interessierten sich nicht für die G?ste. Frühstücksauswahl sp?rlich, am ersten Morgen waren wir recht sp?t, gegen 9 am v?llig abger?umten Buffet. Nach Aufforderung bekamen wir dann diverse Brotsorten im K?rbchen, Kaffee gabs noch aus dem gro?en Vorrat. Am n?chsten Morgen waren wir dann früher, es gab nur eine Sorte Brot, weder Wurst noch K?se wurden angeboten (Feta gabs schon), eine Sorte abgepackte Marmelade; die Auswahl insgesamt sp?rlich, die Beh?lter für Fruchtsaft hatten den gleichen Füllstand wie am Tage zuvor, n?mlich leer, es wurde auch nichts nachgelegt. Deswegen kann ich die gute Bewertung diverser Portale überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen
