I recently stayed at Welcomhotels by ITC, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a reputed brand. The cleanliness standards were very disappointing. I noticed a cockroach in the breakfast area, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. To make matters worse, I found hair in the food served, which raised further concerns about hygiene. The bathroom was also poorly maintained and had a persistent stinky odor, making the stay quite uncomfortable.
Overall, I would rate the property around 2–3 stars at best. The hotel has potential, but unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance, it’s hard to recommend.
