第一次在攜程上點評一家酒店，如果不是萬不得已千萬不要去住這家酒店，房間比同類型同價格的酒店小并且設施差好多，開始給我們安排了一間衞生間排風壞掉的散發惡臭氣味的房間，在我們再三的要求之下才同意給我們更換了房間，感覺非常不好，服務也很差，跟我們后面入住的萬平酒店真是相差太懸殊了

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

Wonderful stay in Karuizawa Hotel East. Many facilities including hotspring. Beautiful place to stay.

Most of the staff we met were warm and hospitable.
We also enjoyed the breakfast choices at the various hotel restaurants. Still, in my personal opinion the breakfast we tried at one particular called Karamtsu was not worth the extra money you have to pay to eat there.

很滿意的住宿體驗，房間布置很森系小清新，大堂和公共區域也很漂亮，大堂有繪本閲覽區，24小時飲料吧，房卡可以刷開飲料柜自取，溫泉也很舒服。從輕井澤站步行到酒店15分鐘，酒店到最近的奧萊入口約2分鐘。接駁車從奧萊到酒店坐綠線，從酒店到奧萊坐棕線。
